An item is missing from my GamePlan report. How can I add it?
GamePlan compiles all activities assigned to you in ConstructionOnline into a single, personalized task list report. If you are missing items on your GamePlan report, you can ensure they are added to future iterations by, first, reviewing & confirming the settings for that item are enabled within your Contact's Gameplan Settings. Once you have confirmed the proper settings are enabled, verify that you are assigned as a Contact or Resource to the item in question. This process looks different depending on the ConstructionOnline item. Here are a few resources you or your contractor can use to ensure you are assigned to the proper items:
- Add Assigned and Related Resources to a Calendar Event
- Add a Resource to a Schedule Task
- Add Resources to a To Do
- Add an Assigned Resource to a Punch List Item
- Add an Assigned Resource to a Checklist Item
- Add a Related Contact to an RFI
