Understanding the Punch List Progress Dashboard

To enhance the visibility of punch lists in ConstructionOnline, ConstructionOnline Users are provided with a high-level Punch List Progress dashboard that presents task completion information in a simple, visual format. 

PUNCH LIST PROGRESS DASHBOARD

Located at the top of the Punch Lists page, the Punch List Progress dashboard provides users with a quick, at-a-glance view on the status of all completed Punch List Items and Issues for each Project.

Using the dropdown menu labeled "Select Punch List", users can select which Punch List they want to appear in the dashboard. By default, the option All Punch Lists has been selected—displaying all completed Items & Issues in a Project, as well as the number of remaining Items & Issues. Selecting a Punch List will automatically drill into a specific Punch List and display it in the main Punch List view. The main Punch List view is recommended for the day-to-day management of your project's task lists including accessing, creating, organizing, managing, and sharing Punch Lists and their respective Items & Item Issues.

The Punch List Progress dashboard can be hidden at any time by clicking the grey arrow located in the top-right corner of the dashboard. To show the dashboard at a later time, simply click on the grey arrow again. The Punch List Progress dashboard is available for all users with permissions to view and/or create Punch Lists, such as Company Users—as well as ClientLink & TeamLink Users using the Project Portal. The dashboard will dynamically adjust based on the level of permissions a user has for Punch Lists; for example, if a ClientLink User only has access to one Punch List, the dashboard will only display the one specific Punch List in the dropdown menu. The option "All Punch Lists" will also only display all the Punch Lists the user has access to.
