CHECKLIST PROGRESS DASHBOARD

Located at the top of the Checklists page, the Checklist Progress dashboard provides users with a quick, at-a-glance view on the status of all completed Checklist Items and Issues for each Project.

Using the dropdown menu labeled "Select Checklist", users can select which Checklist they want to appear in the dashboard. By default, the option All Checklists has been selected—displaying all completed Items & Issues in a Project, as well as the number of remaining Items & Issues. Selecting a Checklist will automatically drill into a specific Checklist and display it in the main Checklist view. The main Checklist view is recommended for the day-to-day management of your project's task lists including accessing, creatingorganizingmanaging, and sharing Checklists and their respective Items & Item Issues.

The Checklist Progress dashboard can be hidden at any time by clicking the grey arrow grey arrow (up) located in the top-right corner of the dashboard. To show the dashboard at a later time, simply click on the grey arrow again. The Checklist Progress dashboard is available for all users with permissions to view and/or create Checklists, such as Company Users—as well as ClientLink & TeamLink Users using the Project Portal. The dashboard will dynamically adjust based on the level of permissions a user has for Checklists; for example, if a ClientLink User only has access to one Checklist, the dashboard will only display the one specific Checklist in the dropdown menu. The option "All Checklists" will also only display all the Checklists the user has access to.
