From creating Bid Packages and sending invitations to tracking bidder participation and awarding bids, Bid Tracking gives teams real-time insight into bid progress and activity—all within a single platform.

Bid Tracking consolidates all Bid Packages, Bid Sheets, Bidders, Templates and more into one organized workspace. Teams can manage invitations to bid, submissions, awards, and bidder participation without relying on external tools, reducing manual effort and improving consistency across the bidding process. - Automated Status & Timeline Visibility
Each Bid Package automatically reflects its current status—such as Open, Reviewing Bids, Awarded, or Deadline Passed—based on submission deadlines and bid activity. In addition, the Bidding Timeline highlights key milestones like document release dates and submission deadlines, helping teams and bidders stay aligned throughout the process. - Detailed Bid & Bidder Activity Tracking
Bid Tracking provides detailed visibility into bid activity at both the package and bidder level. Teams can see when bidders are added and invitations are sent, when bidders indicate intent to bid, and when bids are submitted. Individual bidder activity is also tracked, supporting informed follow-up and more confident award decisions. - Flexible Submission & Award Management
To support real-world bidding scenarios, Bid Tracking allows authorized users to enter bids on behalf of bidders, resend invitations, and manage award decisions directly within the platform. Once bids are awarded, teams can continue the workflow by creating Purchase Orders from awarded bids, maintaining continuity from bidding through procurement.
