Unique to ConstructionOnline™, the Group By View for ConstructionOnline To Do Lists offers you all of the capabilities of List View with the added ability to organize or group construction to dos into tables by column header, making it easier to visualize the status of your tasks, identify trends, and make informed decisions to keep your projects on track. 

To ensure each member of your project team can tailor their task management experience to suit their specific needs, any styling and formatting changes made in ConstructionOnline To Do Lists are unique to each user. This means any adjustments made to the display or organization of task data will only affect the user who made the changes. While the interface may appear different for each user due to their personal customizations, it's important to understand that these changes do not modify the underlying data. Additionally, you can rest assured you and your team always have access to the most current information as any data modifications made to tasks are reflected in real time. 

Group By offers the same dynamic table and functions available in List View (which you can learn more about here) with the following added features - 

✔️Seamless Drag-and-Drop 

Group your tasks into tables by dragging-and-dropping column headers into the blue area to organize. 


✔️Nestable Compound Columns 

Don't stop at just one! Drag multiple columns into the blue area to further organize your task data for additional insight. 


✔️Sortable Groups

Easily sort and find information in ascending or descending order by clicking on column headers in the blue Grouped By area. Columns headers related to dates (such as Due Date, Date Created, Date Completed, etc.) can be sorted by Day, Week, Month, Quarter, Year, or Day of the Week by clicking on the calendar icon. 


✔️Compressible Tables 

Quickly condense tables for a more streamlined display of data that's easy to navigate, especially on smaller screens or when dealing with large datasets. 


✔️Cost Impact Totals & Averages Display

Designed specifically for construction project management, the Group By View automatically provides Total and Average amounts of Cost Impact for each table based on its respective To Dos. Options to display Minimum, Median, Maximum, and Count values are also available.
