Show/Hide Rejected Selection Choices

Easily display or remove "Rejected" Selection Choices within ConstructionOnline's Client Selections

BACKGROUND

As a part of the industry-leading platform for construction management software, ConstructionOnline™ provides flexible, intuitive online tools for managing new home selections. With ConstructionOnline's Client Selections, Company Users can easily build & share organized selection sheets with clients as well as document their approvals all in one place. Once a Selection has been marked as "Approved," ConstructionOnline™ intuitively removes the "Rejected" Selection Choices from the Selection Details pane. But, to provide easy access to those those "Rejected" Choices,  a "Show/Hide Rejected Choice(s)" button is available so that Company Users can restore visibility when necessary. 

STEPS TO SHOW/HIDE REJECTED SELECTION CHOICES

1. Navigate to the desired Project via the Left Sidebar.
2. Click on the Financials tab and choose the Client Selections category.
3. Find the "Approved" Selection you wish to show/hide "Rejected" Selection Choices for within the Selection Details pane.
4. Click the "Show Rejected Choice(s)" button underneath the "Approved" Selection Choice to make the "Rejected" Choice(s) appear within the Selection pane. 
   
   1. To hide the "Rejected" Selection Choices, click the "Hide Rejected Choice(s)" button. 
      
      

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 

• Hiding "Rejected" Selection Choices is done by default when Selections are marked as "Approved" by a client or Company Employee.
  • Hiding "Rejected" Selection Choices does not delete any data stored within that Selection Choice. 

• Permissions: ConstructionOnline™ Company Users with Client Selections permissions set to "Can View" or “Can Create, Edit, & Delete” can show/hide "Rejected" Selection Choices.
  • ClientLink™ and TeamLink™ Users can show/hide "Rejected" Selection Choice(s) for Projects they are assigned to. 
    • TeamLink™ Users with permissions set to "Only show Selections to TeamLink™ Users who are Recommended Vendors" will only be able to view both "Approved" and "Rejected" Selection Choices that they have been assigned to as a Recommend Vendor.

• Mobile App: "Rejected" Selection Choices are always visible within the ConstructionOnline™ Mobile App.
