Archive a Project

Organize your Project List by archiving past projects in ConstructionOnline™

BACKGROUND

Designed to help construction professionals build better businesses, ConstructionOnline offers flexible project options that work to streamline operations, improve results, & reduce risks. Archiving Company Projects upon completion allows construction companies to maintain access to critical project records that can serve as valuable points of reference in liability claims, warranty disputes, or future project developments. 

THINGS TO CONSIDER

  • A Company Project can only be archived by a Company Admin or the Project's Creator. 
  • Archiving a Project does not use or count toward your Company's available Project Starts.
  • Company Projects must be Archived before they are able to be Deleted. 
  • ConstructionOnline™ Company Accounts can store an unlimited number of Archived Projects. 
  • All associated Project Files will be archived along with the Archived Project. 
  • Company Projects can be Archived through ConstructionOnline and CO™ Mobile. 

HOW TO ARCHIVE A PROJECT

  1. Navigate to the desired Project under the "All Projects" List in the Left Sidebar.
  2.  Right-click on the Project. 
  3. Select "Archive Project" from the dropdown menu.

     
    1. Once archived, the Project will disappear from the Left Sidebar and will display as grayed out in your "Company Projects" List. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 

  • Alternative Access Point: You can view a list of all Company Projects (Active and Archived) by selecting the blue "See All Projects" tab in the Left Sidebar, or by using either Selector in the Top Navigation Bar to navigate to the "Company Projects" tab.
