Archive a Project

OBJECTIVE

To archive a Project in ConstructionOnline™

BACKGROUND

Designed to help construction professionals build better businesses, ConstructionOnline™ offers flexible project options that work to streamline operations, improve results, & reduce risks. Archiving Company Projects upon completion allows construction companies to maintain access to critical project records that can serve as valuable points of reference in liability claims, warranty disputes, or future project developments. 

THINGS TO CONSIDER

  • A Company Project can only be archived by a Company Admin or the Project's Creator. 
  • Company Projects must be Archived before they are able to be Deleted. 
  • ConstructionOnline™ Company Accounts can store an unlimited number of Archived Projects. 
  • All associated Project Files will be archived along with the Archived Project. 
  • Company Projects can be Archived exclusively on ConstructionOnline™. The ability to Archive a Project is not accessible via CO™ Mobile.

STEPS TO ARCHIVE A PROJECT

A. From the Left Sidebar

  1. Navigate to the desired Project via the Left Sidebar
  2. Right-click on the Project
  3. Select Archive Project from the dropdown menu

B. From the Company Overview

  1. Select Company Overview from the Left Sidebar

  2. Click the Company Projects tab 

    1. This will open the Projects category 
  3. Right-click on the desired Project
  4. Select Archive Project from the dropdown menu
