Why isn't weather tracking working for a Project?

There are a couple of reasons why a Project may not be recording weather tracking entries––also known as Daily Weather Summaries.

  1. Weather tracking has not been enabled for the Project: weather tracking is not automatically turned on for ConstructionOnline Projects and must be manually enabled for each individual Project. If weather tracking has not been enabled for a Project, the Day view of Daily Logging will display the message "Weather tracking not enabled for this project".   2. The Project is missing a Zip/Postal Code and Latitude & Longitude Coordinates: weather tracking requires either a valid Zip/Postal Code or Latitude & Longitude Coordinates to record daily weather conditions. If these have been removed from Project Details, ConstructionOnline will stop recording weather conditions and Daily Weather Summaries will no longer appear from that date on. 

Please note that weather tracking cannot backlog prior weather conditions.
