Share Redline Sheets with ClientLink or TeamLink

OBJECTIVE

To share Redline Sheets with a ClientLink or TeamLink member

BACKGROUND

Redline is one of the most powerful tools offered in ConstructionOnline. With Redline, users have the ability to annotate and markup plans, drawings, images and other files in projects. The ability to share drawings with your Clients or Subs gives an excellent advantage of not carrying plans and plan revisions with you. 

THINGS TO CONSIDER

• Company users must have permissions to access Redline Planroom.
• Enable the Redline Planroom settings for ClientLink and TeamLink users to view shared folders and plans.
• Review the Redline Sheet Requirements to ensure your plans are scanned correctly.

STEPS TO SHARE REDLINE SHEETS WITH CLIENTLINK OR TEAMLINK

1. Navigate to the desired Project via the Left Side Bar
2. Select the Redline Planroom tab
3. Check the boxes to the left of the Sheets you would like to share
4. Right-click on the Sheets 
5. Hover over Share  then select ClientLink or TeamLink
   
   1. This will open the Share Selected Sheets window
6. Choose to Share with ClientLink and/or TeamLink
7. Click Apply to Selected Sheets
