Edit a Checklist Item Issue

OBJECTIVE

To edit an Item Issue in a Checklist in ConstructionOnline

BACKGROUND

ConstructionOnline's Checklist feature allows you to generate task lists that can be easily viewed and utilized by your team members. Use them to help keep everyone on track and projects flowing smoothly!

STEPS TO EDIT AN ITEM ISSUE IN A CHECKLIST

  1. Navigate to the desired Project via the Left Sidebar
  2. Select the Project Tracking tab
  3. Choose the Checklists category
  4. Click on the Checklist with the Item to open it
  5. Right-click on the Item 
  6. Select Edit Item
    1. This will open the Edit Punch List Item window
  7. Choose the Item Issues tab
  8. Click the pencil icon to the right of the Item Issue
    1. This will open the Issue Details window
  9. Make desired changes
  10. Click Save Changes
