Upload Change Orders to ConstructionOnline from ConstructionSuite

OBJECTIVE

To upload an Estimate from ConstructionSuite to ConstructionOnline

BACKGROUND

SuiteLink provides seamless integration between ConstructionSuite and ConstructionOnline. Simply drag your projects, folders, files, and contacts to the online workspace in ConstructionSuite, and ConstructionOnline will automatically host them online, connecting your entire team with the latest project information, files, details, photos, and feedback.

THINGS TO CONSIDER

• An active TotalCare membership is required to use SuiteLink.
• SuiteLink configuration must be completed before syncing information between ConstructionSuite and ConstructionOnline.

STEPS TO UPLOAD CHANGE ORDERS FROM CONSTRUCTIONSUITE TO CONSTRUCTIONONLINE

1. Within ConstructionSuite, open the desired Estimate
2. Locate the Estimating tab in the top navigation
3. Click View Change Orders
   
   
   
   
4. A pop-up containing Change Order information will come up
5. Highlight the desired Change Order
6. Choose Upload to ConstructionOnline
   
   
   
   
7. Click OK

TIPS AND TRICKS

• Not seeing the Change Order in ConstructionOnline? Don't forget to refresh the page!
• Change Orders can be included when Estimates are uploaded to ConstructionOnline.
