      Sort Leads

      OBJECTIVE

      To Sort your Leads in ConstructionOnline.

      BACKGROUND

      Successfully managing your Leads requires organization and focus. By changing the order in which your Leads appear in the Lead Pipeline, you can easily sort through Leads and find the grouped information you're looking for.

      STEPS TO SORT LEADS

      1. Navigate to Lead Tracking via the Left Sidebar
         
        1. This will open the Lead Pipeline category
      2. Click on a Column header to sort the list in alphabetical/ascending order
        1. Double-click to sort in reverse-alphabetical/descending order

      TIPS & TRICKS

      • To help narrow down your search when looking for specific Lead information, view Lead Filters.
      • You can choose which Columns to show/hide and rearrange the Column Order by right-clicking anywhere on the gray Column headings' bar and selecting Column Order.
