Filter Leads

OBJECTIVE

To Filter your Leads in ConstructionOnline.

BACKGROUND

Successfully managing your Leads requires organization and focus. ConstructionOnline has built in eleven Filter options to make it easy and effortless to quickly find the specific information you need.

THINGS TO CONSIDER

• Locking Filters will hold settings in place for your account only.

STEPS TO FILTER LEADS

1. Navigate to Lead Tracking via the Left Sidebar
    
   1. This will open the Lead Pipeline category
2. Click the gray Filters arrow to expand the Filters table
3. Select the desired Filter options from the dropdown menus
4. Once you select a Filter, it will lock
   1. To remove individual Filters, click the X next to each at the top of the Filters table
   2. To remove all Filters, click Clear Filters at the top right of the Filters table

TIPS & TRICKS

• To change the order in which your Leads appear in the Lead Pipeline, view Sort Leads.
• To show/hide Columns, or rearrange the Column Order, right-click anywhere on the gray Column headings' bar and select Column Order.
