Download Schedules from ConstructionOnline to ConstructionSuite

OBJECTIVE

To download a Schedule from Constructiononline to ConstructionSuite via SuiteLink

BACKGROUND

SuiteLink provides seamless integration between ConstructionSuite and ConstructionOnline. Simply drag your projects, folders, files, and contacts to the online workspace in ConstructionSuite, and ConstructionOnline will automatically host them online, connecting your entire team with the latest project information, files, details, photos, and feedback.

THINGS TO CONSIDER

• An active TotalCare membership is required to use SuiteLink.
• SuiteLink configuration must be completed before syncing information between ConstructionSuite and ConstructionOnline.

STEPS TO UPLOAD SCHEDULES FROM CONSTRUCTIONSUITE TO CONSTRUCTIONONLINE

1. Within ConstructionSuite, navigate to the Schedule Dashboard
   
   
   
   
2. Select the Settings Gear
3. Choose Download from ConstructionOnline from the dropdown menu
   
   
   
   
4. Check the box for the desired Schedule
5. Click Download
6. The Schedule will be saved to the corresponding Project in ConstructionSuite

TIPS AND TRICKS

• Only Primary Schedules will display in the ConstructionSuite Calendar.
