Delete a Version Set

OBJECTIVE

To delete a Redline Version Set

BACKGROUND

Redline is one of the most powerful tools offered in ConstructionOnline. With Redline, users have the ability to annotate and markup plans, drawings, images and other files in projects.

THINGS TO CONSIDER

• Company users must have permissions to access Redline Planroom.
• Enable the Redline Planroom settings for ClientLink and TeamLink users to view shared folders and plans.
• Review the Redline Sheet Requirements to ensure your plans are scanned correctly.
• When deleting a Set, all Sheets within the Set will be deleted.

STEPS TO DELETE A REDLINE VERSION SET

1. Navigate to the desired Project via Left Sidebar
2. Select the Redline Planroom tab
3. Choose the Version Sets category
4. Right-click on the desired Version Set
5. Select Delete Version Set 
   
   1. This will open the Delete Version Sets window
6. Click Delete
