OBJECTIVE

To cut, copy and paste Sheet markups on Redline

BACKGROUND

Redline is one of the most powerful tools offered in ConstructionOnline. With Redline, users have the ability to annotate and markup plans, drawings, images and other files in projects.

THINGS TO CONSIDER

• Company users must have permissions to access Redline Planroom.
• Enable the Redline Planroom settings for ClientLink and TeamLink users to view shared folders and plans.
• Review the Redline Sheet Requirements to ensure your plans are scanned correctly.

STEPS TO CUT, COPY AND PASTE SHEET MARKUPS ON REDLINE

1. Navigate to the desired Project via the Left Side Bar 
2. Select the Redline Planroom tab
3. Open the Sheet for which you would like to edit 
4. Click on any markup that you would like to cut, copy, or paste 
   1. To CUT: Use the options in the Edit menu or CTRL+X 
   2. To COPY: Use the options in the Edit menu or CTRL+C
   3. To PASTE: Use the options in the Edit menu or CTRL+V
