Create new Albums

OBJECTIVE

To create an Album to better organize and share Photos & Videos.

BACKGROUND

Organizing Photos & Videos into Albums is a valuable way to stay organized and share information easily.

THINGS TO CONSIDER

  • Albums can be shared on your Public Profile 
  • Albums can be shared with ClientLink, TeamLink, company, and Basic users or made Private.

STEPS TO CREATE AN ALBUM

A. From Photos:

  1. Navigate to the desired Project via the Left Sidebar
  2. Choose the Photos tab
  3. Select the Project Albums category
  4. Click the green +Add New Album button
    1. A new highlighted Album will be added
  5. Enter the Album Name
  6. Hit Enter

B. From Files:

  1. Navigate to Company Files, My Files, or a Project via the Left Sidebar
    1. Select the Files tab if you're in a Project
  2. Click the green +Add New button
  3. Select New Album 
    1. A new highlighted Album will be added
  4. Enter the Album Name
  5. Hit Enter
