Add a Call Log

OBJECTIVE

To add a Call Log to a Contact in ConstructionOnline

BACKGROUND

Documenting communication with team members is essential to maintaining attention to detail and having information that can be tracked back to the source. ConstructionOnline’s Call Log features allows you to document conversations, emails, text messages, or other communication that occurs outside of ConstructionOnline.

STEPS TO ADD A CALL LOG TO A CONTACT

  1. Navigate to Contacts via the Left Sidebar
  2. Right-click on the desired Contact
  3. Select Add Call Log Entry from the dropdown menu 
    1. This will open the New Call Log Entry window
  4. Record your Call Log Entry:
    1. Details: Select a Lead from the Related Contact list then enter any additional information such as Phone Number, Date, Time, Duration, and Notes
    2. Attachments: Upload or drag & drop any pertinent files/photos you wish
  5. Click Save
