THINGS TO CONSIDER

  • Users must have Schedule Permissions set to Create, Edit, & Delete in order to Create & Edit Schedules, Schedule Tasks, and Schedule Groups .
  • When utilizing Copy & Paste, at least two schedules must exist before initializing the action:
    1. A source schedule where the schedule tasks are copied from.
    2. A destination schedule where the schedule tasks will be pasted to.
  • When a schedule task with predecessors is copied & pasted from one schedule to another, the associated predecessors do not transfer to the new schedule.

When a task is copied, the following fields are included:

Name, Start/End dates, Complete/Incomplete task status, Traffic Light color, Number of workdays, Description, Notes, Priority, Status, Reminders, Resources, Predicted man-hrs, and Actual man-hrs.

  • The Copy & Paste functionality between schedules is not available in the ConstructionOnline Mobile App.
