What is the difference between an Assigned Resource and a Related Resource?
Each Punch List Item in ConstructionOnline can be assigned an unlimited number of Related and/or Assigned Resources. Assigned Resources are able to view and edit a specific Punch List Item and its issues. Related Resources are only able view a specific Punch List Item and its issues.
If one of your users needs to be able to view and edit an entire Punch List, add them as a Punch List Editor to the Punch List instead of adding them as Assigned Resources to individual items. Punch List Editors can view and edit the entire Punch List.
