View the Project Calendar in the Portal

OBJECTIVE

 To view the Project Calendar in the ClientLink/TeamLink Portal

BACKGROUND

The ClientLink/TeamLink Portal was designed specifically for Clients and other Team members, such as Subcontractors and Architects, to stay connected and up to date on important information throughout the duration of the Project. 

STEPS TO VIEW PROJECT CALENDAR

  1. In the desired Project, hover over the Calendars & Schedules tab
  2. Select Project Calendar
  3. Choose Day, Week, Month, Year, or Agenda view at the top right of the Calendar
  4. Expand the Calendar Filters table by clicking the gray arrow to filter by Resource or Trade
  5. Print the Calendar or check the box to Hide Completed Tasks
