View Redline™ Plans in the ConstructionOnline™ Mobile App

Access and review Redline plans for your projects in CO Mobile

BACKGROUND

The Redline Planroom feature in ConstructionOnline Mobile allows you to view, annotate, and collaborate on Project Plans directly from your device. Accessing Redline Plans on the go ensures you can review updates, provide feedback, and stay aligned with your team no matter where you are. 

HOW TO VIEW REDLINE PLANS IN CONSTRUCTIONONLINE MOBILE

1. Open the ConstructionOnline Mobile App on your device.
2. Click Redline under the Planroom section in your Tools dashboard. 
   
   
3. Select the desired Project from your Projects list. 
   1. This will open the Project's Plans. From here, Users with the appropriate permissions can search, filter by Version Set or Tag, and tap a plan to view its details. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Subscription Level: ConstructionOnline's Redline Planroom feature is available for companies with active ConstructionOnline subscriptions at Pro, Team, Business, and Enterprise levels.
• Permissions: 
  
  • Company Users must have "Can View Plans" permissions or higher.
  • ClientLink™ / TeamLink™ Users must have Redline Planroom permissions enabled to view Plans that have been explicitly shared with them.
