Transmittals in the Portal

OBJECTIVE

 To access Transmittals in the ClientLink/TeamLink Portal

BACKGROUND

The ClientLink/TeamLink Portal was designed specifically for Clients and other Team members, such as Subcontractors and Architects, to stay connected and up to date on important information throughout the duration of the Project. 

STEPS TO ACCESS TRANSMITTALS

  1. In the desired Project, hover over the Communication tab
  2. Select Transmittals
  3. Scroll to view the Project's Transmittals
  4. To create a new Transmittal, click the green +Add Transmittal button
    1. Enter the Transmittal Details and attach any Files/Photos pertinent to the Transmittal (optional)
    2. Click Create Transmittal or Create & Send Emails to email the Transmittal to recipients
