Show a Two Week Schedule View

OBJECTIVE

To show a 2 week schedule view in ConstructionOnline.

BACKGROUND

Do you want to highlight the tasks for the next two weeks in your schedule? No problem. Selecting the two week schedule view will help you do just that in ConstructionOnline.

THINGS TO CONSIDER

• You can easily return to your standard schedule view by clicking Show All Tasks

STEPS TO SHOW A TWO WEEK SCHEDULE VIEW

1. Navigate to the desired Project via the Left Sidebar
2. Select the Calendars & Schedules tab
3. Highlight the Task you wish to convert to a Group
4. Choose the Scheduling category
5. Click the Toolbar icon at the top right of the Schedule Gantt Progress pane
6. In the View tab, select 2 Week View
