Open an Existing Chat

OBJECTIVE

To open an existing Envoy Quick Chat.

BACKGROUND

Collaboration can only happen with clear communication. Envoy Chat gives your team the centralized tool it needs to ensure everyone is connected and working together to achieve success.

THINGS TO CONSIDER

  • Only Company Employees can utilize Envoy.

STEPS TO OPEN AN EXISTING CHAT

A. From the Envoy Chat Icon:

  1. Click the Envoy icon at the top of the page
  2. Hover over Go to a Direct Chat and select the desired Chat

B. From the Envoy Chat List:

  1. Locate the Envoy Chat List at the bottom right corner of the page
  2. Click the arrow to open the Envoy Chat List
  3. Choose the chat you'd like to open
