Manually Send HubSpot™ Leads to ConstructionOnline™

Keep ConstructionOnline Leads aligned with your HubSpot CRM

BACKGROUND 

In construction business development, alignment between your CRM and project management platform is critical. While ConstructionOnline allows you to manually send individual leads to HubSpot, the reverse process—sending leads from HubSpot to ConstructionOnline—operates a bit differently.

By manually importing HubSpot leads into ConstructionOnline, your team can centralize prospect data, ensuring project management workflows reflect the latest sales activity. This prevents information silos, improves visibility, and keeps both sales and project teams working from a shared source of truth. 

⚠️ Important: Unlike manual sends from ConstructionOnline, leads from HubSpot can only be imported in bulk based on the Lead Status trigger defined in your HubSpot Integration Settings. Following initial import, leads must be resent from HubSpot to ConstructionOnline to reflect any subsequent updates or changes. 

THINGS TO CONSIDER 

  • In order to send Leads between ConstructionOnline + HubSpot, the Lead Contact must include the following required details:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Email Address
  • To ensure smooth, speedy processing, ConstructionOnline supports importing up to no more than 1,000 leads at a time. If that limit is reached, a prompt will guide users to adjust or cancel the import. 
  • ConstructionOnline supports only one import at a time; wait until the current import finishes before starting another. 
  • For best results, refresh the page after completing an import to ensure all new data displays within the Lead Pipeline

HOW TO MANUALLY SEND HUBSPOT LEADS TO CONSTRUCTIONONLINE 

  1. Navigate to your Leads in ConstructionOnline. 
    1. Access the "Sales Management" tab through the Left Sidebar or the Company Selector in the top navigation bar. 
    2. Select Lead Pipeline under the Lead Tracking section. 
  2. Open the gray 3-dot Action Menu at the top right of the Leads table The gray 3-dot Action Menu button within ConstructionOnline
  3. Hover over "Import Leads" in the dropdown menu and select the "From HubSpot" option.

  4. ConstructionOnline will import all HubSpot Leads that match the Lead Status trigger set in your HubSpot Integration Settings
    1. When the import is successfully completed, Leads will appear in your ConstructionOnline Lead Pipeline. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 

  • Access the HubSpot Integration Settings through the gray 3-dot Action Menu in Lead Tracking or from the Integrations tab in Account Settings.

    From the Integration Settings, you can: 
    • Update your Lead Status trigger, which determines which HubSpot Leads can be imported into ConstructionOnline.
    • Enable automatic sync, either one-way or two-way, between ConstructionOnline + HubSpot. 
  • Subscription Level: The HubSpot Integration is available for ConstructionOnline accounts with active Team, Business, and Enterprise subscriptions.
  • CO™ Mobile App: HubSpot Integration is currently available exclusively via browser access to ConstructionOnline.
