Manage HubSpot™ Integration Settings
Configure how leads sync between ConstructionOnline™ and HubSpot
BACKGROUND
Once HubSpot Integration is connected, ConstructionOnline offers flexible settings to control how leads are shared between the two platforms. These options allow companies to determine whether records are created automatically, which Lead Status or Lead Stage triggers the sync, and how changes are handled across systems.
⚠️ Important: To access the HubSpot Integration Settings, your ConstructionOnline account must first be connected to HubSpot through the integration setup process.
HOW TO MANAGE HUBSPOT INTEGRATION SETTINGS
HubSpot Integration Settings can be accessed from two places within ConstructionOnline:
- From the Account Settings Menu in the top right of ConstructionOnline, under Integrations > HubSpot.
- From within Lead Tracking, access the gray 3-dot Action Menu in the top right corner
and select HubSpot Integration Settings.
Within the HubSpot Integration Settings window, you can configure how HubSpot and ConstructionOnline interact:
- Allow ConstructionOnline Leads to be created from HubSpot Contacts:
When enabled, any HubSpot contacts assigned to the selected Lead Status will automatically create and/or update a corresponding lead in ConstructionOnline.
>>> Use the "HubSpot Contact Lead Status Trigger" dropdown to select which Lead Status in HubSpot will trigger the sync. - Allow HubSpot Contacts to be created from ConstructionOnline Leads:
When enabled, any ConstructionOnline Lead assigned to the selected Lead Stage will automatically create or update a corresponding contact in HubSpot.
>>> Use the "ConstructionOnline Lead Stage Trigger" dropdown to select which Lead Stage will trigger the sync.
After configuring your settings, press the blue "Save" button to apply the desired changes.
🗒️ Note: You can enable or disable either direction independently. This allows for one-way or two-way syncing, depending on how your team manages leads across systems.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Subscription Level: The HubSpot Integration is available for ConstructionOnline accounts with active Team, Business, and Enterprise subscriptions.
- CO™ Mobile App: HubSpot Integration is currently available exclusively via browser access to ConstructionOnline.
