Manually Send ConstructionOnline™ Lead(s) to HubSpot

Keep your HubSpot contacts up to date from ConstructionOnline

BACKGROUND

In construction business development, leads are the foundation of new opportunities. With ConstructionOnline’s HubSpot Integration, your team can efficiently manage and share lead data across both platforms—whether syncing automatically or manually.

Manual syncing gives you control to review and confirm details before sending, ensuring HubSpot receives accurate, actionable information. This helps prevent communication errors, duplicate entries, and missed opportunities, ensuring that every potential client is tracked and nurtured effectively across your CRM and project management platforms. 

⚠️ Important: If automatic sync is not enabled for ConstructionOnline Leads sending to (→) HubSpot, any subsequent changes in ConstructionOnline will not automatically update HubSpot. You will need to resend the lead manually after each change to keep HubSpot records current. 

THINGS TO CONSIDER

  • In order to send Leads between ConstructionOnline + HubSpot, the Lead Contact must include the following required details:
    • First Name
    • Last Name 
    • Email Address
  • The orange HubSpot logo HubSpot Logo in ConstructionOnline indicates that a lead has been sent to HubSpot.
    • Hover over the logo with your mouse to display the date it was last sent. 
  • Lead Stages are not required when manually sending Leads to HubSpot. Lead Stage triggers only apply when automatic sync options are enabled. 

HOW TO MANUALLY SEND CONSTRUCTIONONLINE LEAD(S) TO HUBSPOT

  1. Navigate to Leads in ConstructionOnline. 
    1. Access the "Sales Management" tab through the Left Sidebar or the Company Selector in the top navigation bar.
    2.  Select Lead Pipeline under the Lead Tracking section. 

  2. Select the desired lead you wish to send to HubSpot.
    1. Choose one of the following methods to manually send the lead: 
      1. Hover over the lead's HubSpot column and click the orange arrow.

      2. Right-click on the lead and select "Send to HubSpot" from the dropdown menu.

  3. When sent successfully to HubSpot, a confirmation message will appear in the bottom-right corner of the ConstructionOnline screen.

    1. The lead will also display an orange HubSpot logo in the HubSpot column, indicating it has been sent from ConstructionOnline to HubSpot.

HOW TO BULK SEND LEADS

To manually send or update multiple Leads at once, ConstructionOnline allows options for bulk sending and/or updating:

  1. In the Leads table, check the boxes next to the leads you wish to send to HubSpot. 
  2. Select the orange "Send to HubSpot" button that appears at the top of the table.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 

  • Automatic sync (one-way or two-way) can be enabled at any time by accessing HubSpot Integration Settings through the gray 3-dot Action Menu in the Leads table or from the Integrations tab in Account Settings. 
  • Subscription Level: The HubSpot Integration is available for ConstructionOnline accounts with active Team, Business, and Enterprise subscriptions.
  • CO™ Mobile App: HubSpot Integration is currently available exclusively via browser access to ConstructionOnline.
