Is there a way I can hide an old/unused Costbook?

Yes! Old or unused Costbooks can be hidden from your Company Costbooks list by archiving! Step-by-step instructions for archiving a Costbook can be found here. Once archived, the Costbook will appear greyed out within your Company Costbooks list.

To streamline your Company Costbooks list and completely remove archived Costbooks from view, mark the checkbox next to the ☑️ Hide Archived Costbooks option. Please note that all archived Costbooks will not appear in the Company Costbook search and cannot be selected for use within an OnCost Estimate.
