How do clients confirm Service Appointment windows?
When a Service Appointment is created and sent, clients receive a simplified view in the ClientLink Portal where they can respond to the proposed arrival window. Clients can accept the appointment with a thumbs up button or decline it with a thumbs down. If the client declines, the Service Appointment can be revised and resubmitted with an updated window.
