Edit your Notification Settings in the Portal

OBJECTIVE

To edit your Notification Settings in the ClientLink/TeamLink Portal

BACKGROUND

The ClientLink/TeamLink Portal was designed specifically for Clients and other Team members, such as Subcontractors and Architects, to stay connected and up to date on important information throughout the duration of the Project. 

THINGS TO CONSIDER

  • Email Notification Frequency must be set to Immediately After Event Occurs to edit the settings.

STEPS TO EDIT YOUR NOTIFICATION SETTINGS

  1. Navigate to Notification Settings via the left sidebar

    1. This will open the Notification Settings window
  2. Select the Email frequency and what event types you'd like to be notified of
    1. Email Frequency must be set to Immediately After Event Occurs to make changes
  3. Click Save
