Edit a Lead Call Log
OBJECTIVE
To edit a Lead Call Log in ConstructionOnline.
BACKGROUND
Documenting communication with Leads allows you to keep track of specific details and important information gathered from casual conversations, meetings, emails, or text messages. If you need to make changes to a previous Lead Call Log entry, you can do it in a few simple steps.
THINGS TO CONSIDER
- Lead Call Logs are managed in their own category within Lead Tracking
- Use Lead Call Logs to also document Emails, Text Messages, etc.
STEPS TO EDIT A LEAD CALL LOG
- Navigate to Lead Tracking via the Left Sidebar
- Select the Lead Call Log category
- Right-click on the desired Call Log Entry
- Choose Edit Call Log from the dropdown menu
- This will open the Edit Call Log Entry window
- Make desired changes:
- Details: Revise the Contact, Phone Number, Date, Time, Duration, or Notes
- Attachments: Remove or upload additional Files & Photos
- Click Save
