Delete a Lead Call Log

OBJECTIVE

To delete a Lead Call Log in ConstructionOnline.

BACKGROUND

Documenting communication with Leads allows you to keep track of specific details and important information gathered from casual conversations, meetings, emails, or text messages. If for some reason you need to delete a Lead Call Log, you can do it in a few simple steps.

THINGS TO CONSIDER

  • Lead Call Logs are managed in their own category within Lead Tracking

STEPS TO DELETE A LEAD CALL LOG

  1. Navigate to Lead Tracking via the Left Sidebar
  2. Select the Lead Call Log category
  3. Right-click on the desired Call Log Entry
  4. Choose Delete Call Log from the dropdown menu 
    1. This will open the Delete Call Log window
  5. Click Delete Call Log to confirm
