Create New Envoy Chats in the ConstructionOnline™ Mobile App
Communicate with your team in real time using Envoy Chat on CO Mobile
BACKGROUND
Envoy Chat provides a centralized way for teams to communicate in real time within ConstructionOnline. Whether you're starting a one-on-one conversation or creating a Channel for group discussions, Envoy Chat keeps messages organized and accessible from both desktop and mobile devices.
Using CO Mobile, you can create new Envoy Chats, participate in existing conversations, and manage communication while away from the office. This ensures project discussions, updates, and coordination stay connected to your company's account and remain easy to reference when needed.
HOW TO CREATE ENVOY CHATS IN CONSTRUCTIONONLINE MOBILE
- Open the ConstructionOnline Mobile App on your device.
- Select Envoy Chat under the Communication section in your Tools dashboard.

- Choose either the Chats or Channels tab, depending on the type of conversation you want to create.
- To add a message to an existing Chat or Channel, locate and select the appropriate conversation.
- Click the orange (+) button in the bottom right corner of your screen.

- This will open a window where you can enter information about the chat.
- Required information will vary based on the chat type.
- Once you've finalized the details, either press the orange "Done" text (Chats) or "Create" button (Channels).
