Create a Work Order
OBJECTIVE
To create a Work Order in ConstructionOnline
BACKGROUND
Create a work order including any tasks, events, meetings, and more for a contact by generating a Work Order.
STEPS TO CREATE A WORK ORDER
- Navigate to the desired Project via the Left Sidebar
- Select the Calendars & Schedules tab
- Choose the Schedule Reports category
- Hover over the Work Order & click Create
- This will open the Print Work Order window
- Select the contact to create the Work Order for from the dropdown
- Choose the Date Range and what to include in the report
- Click Create
- The Report will open in a new tab
- You can Share, Save, Download, Edit, or Print the Work Order from this tab
