Create a Schedule Summary

OBJECTIVE

To create a Schedule Summary in ConstructionOnline

BACKGROUND

Create a report showing tasks and statuses within a specific date range with optional filtering by resource by generating a Schedule Summary.

STEPS TO CREATE A SCHEDULE SUMMARY

  1. Navigate to the desired Project via the Left Sidebar
  2. Select the Calendars & Schedules tab
  3. Choose the Schedule Reports category
  4. Hover over the Schedule Summary & click Create

    1. This will open the Schedule Summary window
  5. Choose a Resource to filter the report by (optional)
  6. Select the Date Range and what items to include
  7. Click Create
    1. The Summary will open in a new tab
  8. You can Share, Save, Download, Edit, or Print the Summary from this tab
