Create a Schedule Notes Report
OBJECTIVE
To create a Schedule Notes Report in ConstructionOnline
BACKGROUND
Print all of your task notes for a specific schedule for easy access by generating a Schedule Notes Report.
STEPS TO CREATE A SCHEDULE NOTES REPORT
- Navigate to the desired Project via the Left Sidebar
- Select the Calendars & Schedules tab
- Choose the Schedule Reports category
- Hover over the Schedule Notes Report & click Create
- This will open the Schedule Notes Report window
- Select the items and Note Types to include
- Click Create
- The Report will open in a new tab
- You can Share, Save, Download, Edit, or Print the Report from this tab
