Create a Schedule Notes Report

OBJECTIVE

To create a Schedule Notes Report in ConstructionOnline

BACKGROUND

Print all of your task notes for a specific schedule for easy access by generating a Schedule Notes Report.

STEPS TO CREATE A SCHEDULE NOTES REPORT

  1. Navigate to the desired Project via the Left Sidebar
  2. Select the Calendars & Schedules tab
  3. Choose the Schedule Reports category
  4. Hover over the Schedule Notes Report & click Create
    1. This will open the Schedule Notes Report window
  5. Select the items and Note Types to include
  6. Click Create
    1. The Report will open in a new tab
  7. You can Share, Save, Download, Edit, or Print the Report from this tab
