Create a Project Time Summary Report

OBJECTIVE

To create a Project Time Summary in ConstructionOnline.

BACKGROUND

ConstructionOnline Time Tracking provides the ability to supervise your company's labor costs, view Geotagged locations, and create labor reports all within one integrated system.

THINGS TO CONSIDER

  • Company Administrators can create and edit Time Entries for all Company Employees.
  • To enable Geotagging, browser location tracking must be turned on.

STEPS TO CREATE A PROJECT TIME SUMMARY REPORT

  1. Select Time Tracking from the Left Sidebar
    1. This will automatically load the Time Summary Category
  2. Navigate to the Time Tracking Reports Category
  3. Click on the Project Time Summary Report
    1. The Project Time Summary module will pop-up
  4. Choose the desired Project
  5. Choose a predetermined date range or a custom date range
  6. Click Create
  7. The Project Time Summary Report will open in a new tab
