Using a Project Calendar

OBJECTIVE

To use Project specific Calendars in ConstructionOnline.

BACKGROUND

Use Project Calendars to manage and organize Project specific activities in one central calendar. The ability to plan ahead and complete work as scheduled is vital to success in the construction industry - and doing that was easier said than done, until now.

STEPS TO CREATE A PROJECT CALENDAR

  1. Navigate to desired Project via the Left Sidebar
  2. Select the Calendars & Schedules tab
    1. This will automatically open to the Project Calendar category
  3. You can add Calendar Events from the Project Calendar category, as well as view Schedule Tasks, To Dos, Punch list and Check List items, Selections, Change Orders, and more!
