OBJECTIVE

To Clock In Using Time Tracking in ConstructionOnline

BACKGROUND

ConstructionOnline Time Tracking provides the ability to supervise your company's labor costs, enable Project Location Geofencing, and create Labor Reports all within one integrated system.

THINGS TO CONSIDER

  • Company Administrators can create and edit Time Entries for all Company Employees.
  • To enable Geolocation Settings, location tracking must be turned on.

STEPS TO CLOCK IN USING TIME TRACKING

A. Using a Web Browser:

  1. Navigate to Time Tracking via the Left Sidebar
  2. Click the green Clock In button 
    1. This will open the Clock In to Project window
  3. Select the Project or General Time Clock
  4. Enter Employee Notes (optional)
  5. Click Clock In

B. Using the CO Mobile App:

  1. Navigate to the Time Tracking feature
  2. Click the green Clock In button 
  3. Select the Project or General Time Clock
    1. You will then be clocked in
  4. Add Notes or Photos from this screen (optional)
