Can I send a Message to a user that is not in the system?
No. By design, ConstructionOnline Messages are limited to the Company Users, ClientLink User, TeamLink User, Leads, and Basic Contacts in your Company Contact list.
If you wish to send a Message to a Contact not in ConstructionOnline, follow the instructions in this article to add the Contact to your Company Contact list. Once added, you can send the Contact a Message via ConstructionOnline.
