Can I have multiple ConstructionOnline Contacts with the same email address?
To ensure the integrity, accuracy, and organization of Contacts in ConstructionOnline, the platform requires each Contact to have a unique email address. When attempting to create a new Contact in ConstructionOnline, if you try to use an email address that is already associated with an existing contact in the system, you'll get a message from the system alerting you that the email address is already in use, and you will need to enter a unique email address to successfully create and/or save the Contact.
