Yes. You can unlink a file from the associated Docusign Envelope in ConstructionOnline.

  • Unlinking a file from its Docusign Envelope does not delete the envelope in your Docusign account.

  • Unlinking a file from its Docusign Envelope does remove ConstructionOnline's ability to track, manage, and record the file's envelope activity.

Options for unlinking a file from the associated Docusign Envelope remain available even after a document has been signed—however, this is not recommended.

  • Unlinking a file removes associated signature history from ConstructionOnline, and that history can not be recovered once unlinked.
