Add a Logo/Letterhead to Reports and Documents

OBJECTIVE

To add a company logo or letterhead to reports and documents generated in ConstructionOnline.

BACKGROUND

Professionalism in presentation can be the key difference in winning or losing out on a job. Adding your company's logo to ConstructionOnline documents ensures you're at the top of your game when presenting information to external members of your team and, most importantly, to clients.

THINGS TO CONSIDER

  • Logo or letterhead must be an image file less than 1GB.

STEPS TO ADD A COMPANY LOGO/LETTERHEAD

  1. Navigate to the Company Dropdown Menu at the top right corner of the page
  2. Select Set Company Logo from the dropdown menu
    1. This will open the Company Logo window
  3. Click the Choose Company Logo button
  4. Choose where to upload your logo/letterhead from or drag & drop it in the window
  5. Use the Resize Image window to correctly size and position your logo/letterhead
  6. Click Save
