Requests for Information in the Portal

OBJECTIVE

 To access Requests for Information in the ClientLink/TeamLink Portal

BACKGROUND

The ClientLink/TeamLink Portal was designed specifically for Clients and other Team members, such as Subcontractors and Architects, to stay connected and up to date on important information throughout the duration of the Project. 

STEPS TO ACCESS REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION

  1. In the desired Project, hover over the Communication tab
  2. Select Requests for Information

    1. This will open a list of all your Requests for Information
  3. Click on a RFI to view it
    1. To reply, click Reply to Selected RFI at the top of the RFI
  4. To create a new RFI, click the green +Add RFI button
  5. Enter the RFI Details & attach any Files/Photos pertinent to the RFI (optional)
  6. Click Create RFI or Create RFI & Send Emails to email the RFI to recipients
