      View Files & Photos in the ConstructionOnline™ Mobile App

      Quickly access and manage all project files and photos from CO Mobile

      BACKGROUND

      The ConstructionOnline Mobile app keeps your important files and photos within easy reach. Viewing files and photos in the app allows you to stay connected to your team, review documentation, and share updates without needing to log in via a desktop browser. You can navigate between personal files, company-wide files, and your photostream to ensure you have the right information when you need it. 

      HOW TO VIEW FILES & PHOTOS IN CONSTRUCTIONONLINE MOBILE

      1. Open the ConstructionOnline Mobile App on your device.
      2. Navigate to the Files & Photos section in your Tools dashboard.

        1. From here, Company Users can navigate between My Files, Company Files, Project Files, and the Photostream.
        2. Depending on their permissions, ClientLink™ and TeamLink™ Users will only see Files that have been shared with them and the Photostream.

      ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

      • Subscription Level: ConstructionOnline's Files & Photos feature is available for all companies with active ConstructionOnline subscriptions.
      • Permissions: 
        • My Files: Visible to the Company User. Only you can view or manage items stored here. 
        • Company Files: Visible to Company Users with Files & Photos permissions set to "Can View" or higher.
        • Project Files: Visible to Company Users with Files & Photos permissions set to "Can View" or higher.
          • Project Files and Photos can be shared with ClientLink and TeamLink Users when sharing Files and/or Photos permissions are enabled. These Users will only see documents and attachments that have been explicitly shared with them.
