View Archived Messages

OBJECTIVE

To view archived messages in ConstructionOnline.

BACKGROUND

ConstructionOnline Messaging is a feature available to all ConstructionOnline Users, whether Basic or Pro. It takes the place of text messaging and emails, allowing you to keep all communication centralized within ConstructionOnline and maintain documentation of in-line responses.

THINGS TO CONSIDER

• Archived Conversations cannot be responded to

STEPS TO VIEW ARCHIVED MESSAGES

1. Navigate to the desired Project via the Left Sidebar
2. Select the Communication tab
3. Choose the Messages category
4. Click the Archived tab in the top right corner of the Project Messages pane
