View a Bid Package and Set Bid Intention

Quickly review project details and indicate your intent to bid

BACKGROUND

Before submitting a bid to be considered for a Project/Opportunity, subcontractors should review all relevant details and communicate their bid intention. ConstructionOnline™ allows invited Bidders to access Bid Packages, examine Bid Sheets, attachments, and key dates, and indicate whether they wish to be considered for the job. Setting your bid intention lets the project team know you are actively engaged and enables you to enter bid values, submit your bid, and be eligible for award. This article explains how to view a Bid Package and set your bid intention efficiently.

THINGS TO CONSIDER

  • Your bid intention can be changed at any time before the bid submission deadline by clicking the "Undo" button.
  • In order to enter values on a Bid Sheet, you must set your bid intention as "Will Bid" or "Undecided."
  • If you've been invited to bid on multiple Bid Sheets but do not plan to bid on all of them, contact the Bidding Contact about updating the Bid Package accordingly.
  • If the Bid Package is updated or deleted, or if you are removed as a Bidder, the bid invitation email will automatically update to reflect the change:

⚠️ Important:

Bids cannot be adjusted or withdrawn after the Bid Package submission deadline. Once the deadline passes, the bid invitation email will display the following message:
