Enable Geofence Settings for Time Tracking

BACKGROUND

ConstructionOnline's Advanced Time Tracking includes intelligent Geolocation Settings with automatic clock-in/out notifications based on the user's proximity to assigned jobsites. Users can customize the applied radius preferences and tracking schedules.

THINGS TO CONSIDER

• Set Geofence Radius to determine the distance at which notifications are triggered
• Set Nearby Radius to define the distance at which to include “Nearby Projects”
• Set Geofencing Schedule to limit location tracking to preferred days/times.
• You must enable Location Access for the ConstructionOnline Mobile App in Settings on your mobile device. 

STEPS TO ENABLE GEOFENCE SETTINGS

A. Using an iPhone:

1. Open the CO Mobile App
2. Click the gear icon at the top right of the screen
   1. This will open the Settings
3. Choose Geofence Settings
   
4. Use the controls to adjust the Geolocation Settings
   
   1. Changes are automatically saved

B. Using an Android:

1. Open the CO Mobile App
2. Click the 3-line icon at the top right of the screen 
3. Choose Settings
4. Select Geofence Settings
   
5. Use the controls to adjust the Geolocation Settings
   
   1. Changes are automatically saved
