Set Time Format

Customize how time is displayed throughout ConstructionOnline.

OBJECTIVE

To set the time format for your ConstructionOnline Account.

BACKGROUND

Account Settings in ConstructionOnline is the home of your Contact Information, Password, Date & Time Settings, Display Settings, and more. These settings can be edited at any time from the Company Dropdown Menu, found in the top right corner of ConstructionOnline. Located in Date & Time Settings, time format determines how time is displayed throughout ConstructionOnline.

THINGS TO CONSIDER

• ConstructionOnline provides two options for time format:
  • 12 Hour - a day is divided into two 12 hour periods (a.m. and p.m.).
  • 24 Hour - a day is divided into 24 hours.
• By default, the ConstructionOnline Mobile App reflects the Time & Date Settings chosen in your Account Settings.
  • However, time format cannot be set using the ConstructionOnline Mobile App.

STEPS TO SET TIME FORMAT

1. Locate the Company Dropdown Menu found in the top right corner of ConstructionOnline.
2. Under Account Settings, select Edit Profile.
   
   
   1. This will open the Profile Settings window.
3. Click the Date/Time tab under General Info.
   
   
   
   
4. Using the dropdown menu, select your preferred time format: 12 Hour or 24 Hour. 
   
   
5. Click the blue Save button to finalize your changes.
